MediZues is a service that allows Medicare agents to see when their clients switch their Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD), Medicare Advantage (MA-only), or Prescription Drug Plan (PDP). The platform notifies agents within 12 hours of when CMS approves a future enrollment, providing details like the future plan contract and name.

How does MediZues ensure compliance and data security?

MediZues is fully compliant with HIPAA and is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The system’s full encryption ensures that MediZues cannot view user data, prioritizing client confidentiality and data security. Additionally, you can view our Trust report which offers real-time monitoring of our systems.

How can agents start using MediZues and what are the costs?

Agents can start a 30-day free trial without needing a credit card. Plans start at $89 per month for individual agents, with discounts available for agencies purchasing multiple seats. The service offers various capabilities like daily client updates and additional features for larger enterprise accounts. Anyone can get started by clicking “Start Trial” in the top menu on our website. Additionally, you can view our pricing guide and detailed plan options to find a plan that best suits your needs.

My client is getting flipped - what do I do?!

  1. Study the future plan’s Summary of Benefits (most of them are listed here).
  2. Compare the future plan against their current plan with you.
  3. Contact your upline on how to best handle the rest.

Is it compliant for me to contact my client who's getting flipped?

According to CMS, an agent may “contact the disenrolling beneficiary to conduct a disenrollment survey for quality improvement purposes.” As referenced in 42 CFR 422.2264(a)(2)(iv)(B)

It is non-compliant to contact a beneficiary after they have disenrolled and you are no longer their Agent On Record (AOR).
